I have been investing around 10k USD in Helium Hotspot miners. The installation and configuration was successfully made according the the documentations. The first week the helium hotspot has been work properly. Since helium has announced the first release date of their PoC the release date was postponed 4 times. Since this date nothing has been running correctly in the helium system. Not only me claim that, thousands of helium hotspot owners report this in the the discord and telegram groups. The daily rewards has been falling down from 1HNT to 0.01HNT within a few days. The helium hotspot devices which had 40-50 witnesses, have now 5-6 witnesses. Their API server are totally overloaded, either the API inquiries take forever or the system crashes completely. Helium earns millions of USD through licensing and investments, but it still doesn't get your system up and running properly. The worst is, however, that support requests are not answered. I am very disappointed and I am wondering how amateurish Helium administrated their business.
