This game is fun not until errors came its so loading pls fix this i waited five minutes to open it I already used internet still noting

Ever since the newest update, I couldn’t open the app. When I open it is in a falling ball animation for 100000909 mins. Can u please fix this as I’m at an high score and high level. Ps. It also doesn’t work in my other phone, same reasoning. It would be highly appreciated if you fix it. The game is amazing but because of the problem mentioned above I give it 3 stars. Thank you for reading my problem.

You should add a kpop idol in the game so many more people will be excited.
