Do not buy this app. The writing is gibberish and offensive. The advice given is terrible. I keep the free version to laugh at how bad it is. Obsessed with trying to fat shame pregnant women, highly sexist and some of the “dad” advise is deeply misogynistic. Honestly the worst pregnancy app ever. Im sure some of the writing is done by AI as it’s so bad.

There I said it. They have such a strange way of constructing sentences, sometimes they literally don’t make sense, feels like it is one of those eBay goods where the instructions were translated with an online engine and everything is boggled. It’s not everywhere and isn’t constant but in 6 months I grew to hate it!

A month has passed since i was told to email them and I still did not get an answer. Will use the rest of my subscription and then will uninstall, sorry. This is just not nice as I paid the highest sub to get access to the rest of apps and I didn’t. I have paid for pro hello baby just to have access to all the features in the other apps too. Downloaded baby tips and the sounds are not unlocked neither the recipes, when I click on pro it appears as if I wouldn’t have it. But in hello baby I have my pro subscription active. Help ? I literally bought the annual one for me to have access to all the features in the other apps. Ugh 😓

This app is poorly written (often with poor grammar, or with sentences you can’t even follow), and contains damaging information (two examples are suggesting fasting for pregnant women, and telling them that home births are dangerous when research has actually proven that home births are more likely to be safer and have less complications and need for interventions for low risk pregnancies than hospital births). It will present information as fact with absolutely no citations of research, which other pregnancy apps do routinely so women can confirm the information is accurate. If you want a pregnancy app, download Ovia pregnancy or Pregnancy+, they are unbiased and far safer for pregnant women. The ONLY good thing about this app is the artwork. That is it.

I do like aspects of this app, the graphics, the style of writing, the way it takes you through the stages slowly and doesn’t overwhelm you with information or allow you to jump ahead. Also the what to eat and what not to is a helpful guide. But I agree with some other reviews too: a lot of the info can be found online for free, the app doesn’t offer much for the price - there’s prenatal yoga but I can’t imagine doing the same thing everyday for 3 months - I’d get so bored! So I use something else. Plus the way you have to go through the yoga videos is not yogi user friendly. I also agree with others that there are at times contradictory information. I was also annoyed to read some subtle fat-shaming articles recently and that really peeved me off. Unfortunately I’ve already paid for this app so I’m writing a review instead to say don’t buy it, it’s not worth the cost. I find the information and tools on Pregnancy Plus far more useful.

Immediately wanted to be upgraded before I’d seen any content, wouldn’t load the 3D images and then kept having ‘unrecoverable errors’. Deleted ten minutes after download. There are so many content filled free apps out there it isn’t worth the effort. .

I bought this app and it isn’t cheap. To be honest I felt that all this information can be found for free. Also this app contradicts itself a lot. For example, it says do not drink peppermint tea but elsewhere it says that if you have gas then drink peppermint tea! I emailed them about this and of corse did not get a reply. Also some tips are not tips if that makes sense. It’s like they are trying to hard and having random tips that won’t help a pregnant women.

Loved the concept of this app and the daily tips but found it functioned v poorly. My tips didn’t deliver to me in notifications despite me setting the settings to do so (and they did initially). The weeks did not update so it would show me outdated tips and not tips for this week.
