iPhone app doesn’t have ekyc. App is not compatible with apple phones

Why no option to download bill for gas delivery

E-KYC OPTION IS MISSING FROM THE APP.

Too slow in terms of loading data and cant get any updates for gas bookings

There are issues when App gets opened and on many occasions the numberbox to enter PIN doesn’t appear.

I booked gas using UPI payment. The amount has been debited from my bank account. But the transaction page went blank. it does not show in the history of bookings as well. This is happening third time for me. I have lost money on this! Horrible experience.

Takes HOURS to understand credit card numbers on iOS. Does not respond. And there’s NO WAY to know whether the app is working or became dead on the white screen and we keep waiting on the final payment page…. 3rd class app made by amateurs.
