So I have had this app for about 5 months or so. Every 4-6 weeks I have delete app and then download it again as it will not work. It is good when it works but this ridiculous that you have to delete and reinstall in order to continue to use. You have had enough complaints e about this, how about resolving it. Just a piece of crap even for a free app. DON’T GET!

The schedule mode just doesn’t work at all, no matter how many times I set it. You have to literally be standing with your Bluetooth ready a few minutes before the timing in order for them to not turn on or turn off and it defeats the whole purpose of a “schedule.”

I’ve been using this app for a couple of days for string lights purchased through Amazon. Just now though, I can’t even get into the app. I deleted it and reinstalled it and still, as soon as I click on it I get kicked out. Please fix this! And please add an option to dim lights as well.

Your update just broke the app. The app will not even launch. Please fix.

The app worked great for 3 days. Now it will not even open.

So I lost the remote for my lights and only been using this app and it suddenly stopped working the app just closes on me when I try to open it

The app is ok but the remote has way more functionality. It would be nice if the app had the same functions as the remote with the ability to create scenes as well.

The app will not allow you to set a schedule. It doesn’t remember anything you input. Very disappointing that you have to manually turn them on and off.
