どうか日本語字幕つけてください。推しの言葉がわかりたいんです

決済のやり方が酷い

ヨントンのチケット買おうしたら売り切れていて諦めてアプリを閉じた後、もう一度見たら2部だけ購入ボタンが復活していたので、思い切ってチャージしました。そしたら数量限定で購入出来ないって表情が出てきてやられました。9000円損した。ハローライブはクレカとかの決済ではなくチャージ制？で300円10pみたいな感じでした。せめて表示だけはちゃんとしてよお（ ; ; ）

急に開けなくなりました。どうしたのでしょうか？

App内キューブの価額？？

キューブの価額は、WebよりAppのほうがだいぶ高いです。元々クレジットカードを使いたくないからAppを利用するので、この価額だとAppを利用する価値がないと思います。どうか両側も同じ価額にしてください！

B.Iファンミーティングを見る為に今回初めてこちらのアプリをダウンロードさせて頂きました。わかりやすく、とても使いやすかったです。

コロナ禍で海外に行けないのでこちらのアプリでファンミーティングが観れて喜んでおります LIVEに入るのもわかりやすいし、字幕がとても読みやすく老眼世代には助かりました。リウォッチも楽しみました。

LIVE視聴で初めて使用しましたが、見やすく、字幕も付いたので良かったです。若干の字幕の時差を感じましたが…それ以外は特に不満なく快適に使えました！

購入から、視聴まですべてアプリでできるのもいいし、何より日本語で対応してくれるのでとても使いやすいです！また購入や視聴、グッズ交換などのやり方もとてもわかりやすく、当日バタバタすることもありませんでした。配信当日も日本語字幕もつけてくれて、すごく楽しめました。今後もオンラインイベントはhelloliveから配信して欲しいです！

今回B.Iのオンラインライブ視聴のためはじめて使わせて頂きました。これまで海外のサイトからのチケット購入が多かったためライブ視聴を何回か断念していましたがこのアプリは日本語なので視聴することができ大変満足してます！ライブの視聴方法などわかりやすく説明があったため初めての方でもスムーズに使用できると思います♪
