HelloReport: Property Reports

I’m an independent assessor and I’ve trialed and used loads of software and this is by far the best I’ve used. I can complete reports in a timely fashion and the software is intuitive. Once uploaded I can then make amendments from my laptop and add missing components before locking and sending to tenants to amend and sign. Would be great in future to be able to give branches access to their properties only, as that would streamline the management of workflow and bookings.

This is the perfect inventory app. My company manages 650 properties and the app has transformed how we deal with inventories, inspections and final inspections. The tenant portal where the tenants can sign and make comments has saved us money in having to send out paperwork and the result is much more professional. Anyone giving this app a low rating is clearly not a letting agent! I am very happy with it. The support is exceptional too!

Creating reports is now a breeze! And tenants can also add their comments if they wish to directly on the report. And sign ✍🏽 And if they don’t sign, you can see that they have viewed the report for your records. Once time is up the report will auto complete and email to all the relevant parties. For faster data entry use voice activation to enter text.

Looks nice but useless in terms of its usability and it’s not intuitive. Gave up trying to get it to work and reverted to a paper option

HelloRepor has made creating inventory reports so much faster and the whole team is saving time. The best feature is online signatures to tenants which had made it so easy to get tenants view and sign the reports. Overall super easy to use, clear instructions and all I need from an inventory app. Would recommend!
