Helpilepsy

This was a brilliant app but it keeps logging me out and now I’ve lost all my daily records. It won’t let me sign back in either. Just keeps saying email and password don’t match. Don’t waste time on this stupid app!

I’ve been using this app for years and the recent update is frustrating because trying to add the time of “how long” it doesn’t pick up me tapping on it. If the app could go back to when you select the time and use a scroll method, this would be so much easier. I’m a iPhone user.

I cannot get past the ‘Treatment’ section as there is no keyboard option to input my dosage, only a numbered keypad is provided. Solution?

Makes logging seizures so much easier and at appointments it’s clear for my son’s neurologist to see at a glance his seizure activity. Previously I was logging them in notes on my phone and then manually imputing into a graph before appointments. Thank you so much for creating this. As a graphic designer who has worked in app UI I have to say this app is also beautiful. Considering the main purpose is to be functional and a medical tool it’s actually really well designed. One suggestion however would be if we could go back and view previous months. Although the number of seizures is shown on the year view, it’s not possible to go back and look at the pattern/gaps. This is really helpful at appointments when discussing seizure frequency.

This app is great for tracking seizures and medication but all of a sudden the reminders aren’t working. And anyone with epilepsy knows that our memory isn’t one of our strong points.

This is a fantastically designed app. We’ve tried a few and this one shows the best understanding of the condition, and the input and sorting of huge amounts of detail is super intuitive and easy. One suggestion - a ‘cluster’ option. My son’s seizures, as for many people, come in clusters. At the moment, if we log a cluster as 1 seizure we can’t track their severity; the number of clusters/day might stay the same but the number of seizures within each can rise and fall. So we end up logging every seizure within a cluster, but that means we can be going in and out of the app a dozen times in 10 minutes. If ‘Cluster’ was an option, with a field for number of seizures with cluster (along side the existing ‘duration’) this app would be perfect

Over the years I’ve tried a considerable number of apps to help monitor my Epilepsy and to be honest most have been very disappointing. When I found Helpilepsy I was over the moon as it allows easy monitoring, logging and displaying of the results. All aspects are very easily tailored to suit your needs and if your Consultant uses the service it’s possible to upgrade so your seizure records can be monitored remotely. What more could you want?

I keep getting bad gateway error nginx/1.10.3 when I try to register

App is in eerste instantie goed, maar als je je medicijnen wilt aanpassen is het 1 grote miserie. Je moet je medicijnen verwijderen, terug er inzetten, dan is de notificatie voor de dag zelf niet in orde, doe er iets aan!

Good app, looks promising for the future!
