This platform is not good for people,because if we work for 3 hours we get around 35 euros and they took there commission around 20 euros . Balance we get only 15 euro for 3 hour work. Moreover they will make unnecessary fees from the platform

Mein erstes Mal bei Helpling und die schlimmste Erfahrung. Frau CAROLINA MÜLHBERGER wollte die Leistung nicht bezahlen und blockierte mich, als ich mich bei ihr beschwerte. O app não funciona então você não consegue nada

Der Kunde hat immer recht. Die Putzkräfte nicht. Die tun so als seien sie nur eine Plattform aber behandeln einen als seien sie der Arbeitgeber. Blockieren Konten nach lust und Laune. Erlauben es wenn Kunden unabhängig von der eigentlichen Leistung eine falsche Bewertung geben trotz Nachweises das die Bewertung nicht stimmt. Und man muss Strafe zahlen wenn man zu spät storniert. Kunden aber nicht. Wenn man Kunden offline abwirbt müssen laut AGB die Putzkräfte, Helpling 500€ zahlen, aber wenn es Kunden machen, dann nicht. Es ist das letzte. Würde ich keinen empfehlen da zu starten es sei denn man hat absolut keine anderen Optionen. 0 Sterne verdient die Plattform. Ich hoffe das eines Tages jemand sie verklagt.

This is a good application but much can be done. It takes very long to process payments. When funds arrive on your portal it should come at no additional cost when you request for cash out. There should be the option to hold money on your portal as well. It’s not compulsory to payouts occasionally. That will give users the opportunity to see the true value of money earned on the application. The commissions are also high especially for new users who get reoccurring cleans. It’s just too much almost have of what you are paid.

The Cleaners Are Always Wrong 🤐🤐 Even if the cleaners are right, the company wants to stay in the good books of the customers. cleaner has right to complaint but when it comes to take the action against coustmers there is no proper way to take action against coustmers but company can block cleaner’s profile or charge 30 if cleaner gets 10 minutes late .

As it says in the title. The app can be a bit confusing, not optimized and work weird sometimes. Despite this the app works ok and gets the job done. And the support (for cleaners) via phone and email is outstanding. Very fast and effective, they have always solved my problems.

App is soooo bad. You have to faceee a lot problems while using this app. I request to helpling kindly make it better. You earn a lot commissions so please work a bit on app. This is the way from you earn. If this will not work properly then how you and we earn?
