Before marketing the product please stable product so user can use the platform. Social logins are not working, trying multiple times and I click on sign in, app ask me to write the phone number for registration. I entered and press ok it give me error “JSON invalid”. Error code handling also not done. Poor app Please hire senior and good recourses on mobile and QA departments

The app started out pretty well for Laundry. But for technical works like Air-conditioning repairs, the app support is pathetic! U can’t file or report a problem, u can’t cancel the order and there is zero transparency of the work charges finalised after the work has been completed. Which remains at the discretion of the worker/help-partner. Plus, I have noticed that the partners sometimes over charge by asking for the payment billed, which doesn’t reflect on the app at that particular moment and as soon as they leave, the bill is a few hundred bucks lower than the amount taken by the worker/help partner, which is now miraculously reflecting on the app!!

worst app ever. Ordered a plumber and he overcharged + broke a water line in the bathroom. STAY AWAY!!!
