Apple wallet is finally included - although it’s just a grey, unbranded card which makes it difficult to find and locate in your Apple Wallet. Please at least add a logo, or change the colour to purple so it’s kind of branded. The future of gardening is the younger generation, and they are an app first culture, investing time and money here, will enhance your current users experience, but encourage a newer audience to the store

The app itself is OK apart from it keeps logging me out and then will not allow me to log in, to the point that I have to reset the password. This is regularly happening!

Had a problem claiming the hot drink/cake in July and caused a queue trying to sort the paperless voucher out. When I checked my app later the August and September offers have disappeared from the app.

Fantastic to have reward card and vouchers on an app. Really easy to set up - just put in card number and postcode. On your profile shows how many points you have, what your coupons are and previous purchase history. Well done Henry Street!

Logged in straight away. All points and vouchers on display, even purchase history and points used at the store. Doesn’t seem to fill the screen on an iPad but no problem using it. Seems like a useful app so far...time will tell!
