If your app is a map editor, being able to add missing streets being a major feature, it would be important to actually have a way to add streets. So yeah, gonna have to give this a 1 star since the main feature I need this app for is completely missing.

We just moved into a new neighborhood and have had issues with Amazon delivering to wrong address. After looking into Amazon app it shows they use Here maps and it does not show our street on the map, which explains why Amazon is going to the wrong house! Please update your maps to reflect the Ellis Walk Neighborhood in Durham, North Carolina!!

Edits from a year ago are still pending. Roads that have existed for years aren’t in there making in car navigation useless. Gave up and just use CarPlay.

This software may be a good idea, but it is cumbersome, and very difficult to use. Even the sign up is antiquated, and does not work well with Apple. This may explain why BMW gps is often inaccurate.

Area managers should be made to oversee the edits on a daily basis to ensure proper operation and to proof edits. This should be based on a point system. This way, no one can add or delete something that is not at that particular location. Gave the support 10 months to implement speed limits in the app to allow 5 mph increments instead of 10 mph. Here in the USA 95% of all speed limits are as follows 15,25,35,45,55,65, etc. Then support asks me where I’m from. That is not understood. Sorry, but if you don’t understand that, then you don’t understand mapping. I’m done with here maps and their sorry editor. I would be giving this a 0 if possible.

There is no option to login into the application on iPhone using Facebook.

Unable to log in. When I click “Log In” I get a white screen and stops working. iPhone 8+
