Anxiety can be extremely debilitating and is fuelled by a vicious cycle of negative thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms.

‘Here’ encourages you to focus on the present instead of the past or future – and the external instead of the internal – to help alleviate strong feelings of anxiety.

The aim is to look around you and identify objects – either items from outside or pieces of clothing – of the same colour to try to build a complete image of one colour.

- Two types of images to create – adding items to an outside scene, or adding clothes to a figure
- Records number of completed images
- Records time spent on app to give an indication of current anxiety levels
- Provide comments and feedback on assumed anxiety levels
- Ability to choose a male or female figure in the app
- Passcode protected
- Does not require 4/5G or WiFi
