App does not function properly

Nice store associate showed me the app. However the video doesn’t even load so I can’t even tie the limited options they have.

Videos don’t work… how do we learn if the tutorials are not there? :( not Hermes quality app

I’ve reload it twice. To bad, It had potential, but It’s just not working at all. Disappointing.

There’s only 6 ways to tie and they all use the large 140 shawls, sometimes two! And then a twilly slim on one bracelet tutorial . I was hoping for more creative ways to tie my 90 scarves. Pinterest is a better resource.

So disappointing that it doesn’t deserve even a single star. Number of offerings (knots) are so minimal that it’s laughable, and the app just DOESN’T WORK. Hermes, you should be ashamed of this paltry effort. It’s embarrassing for such a renowned company.

My mom has been going through chemo and I thought I would treat her to a scarf. The sales associate in the store told me about this app, and I was excited to show my mom all the different ways she could wear the scarf on her head. But the app doesn’t include any headscarf options. In fact, it includes very few options in general. Do better Hermès.

When I first found this app years ago there were over 25 ways listed to tie a scarf. New app shows WAY less. Too bad because this WAS a great resource.

This app could be so much better than it is. First, the number of options on how to tie a scarf is ridiculously low, and most are more complicated that probably the average scarf wearer desires. I don’t want to learn how to make a top with my scarf, thanks, I would like to learn options for how to cleverly and chicly tie my scarf, from basic to more advanced. Also, the one option I did like, it turns out the scarf I would need is larger than the basic (90 square cm) size; someone else here wrote in a review that you should be able to edit based on scarf size, and that’s correct, that should be the first consideration. Finally, if you see a scarf you like and you click on “View this scarf,” it doesn’t take you to that scarf specifically, it takes you to the opening page for all scarves on the Hermes site. This app is a HARD FAIL. You should’ve asked a fan to do it, not whoever produced this.
