This app is always crash. Whenever I try to open it, it always give white blank page. Please fix this problem. I really need to restock my skincare 😩

Current app viewing does not being a good user experience to me after I had change from iPhone 10 to iPhone 13. The browser page is over the edge of the phone screen and is hard for me to click the cart icon on the upper right there

I can’t even click back to the previous page. I have to close the app and reopen to view other products. The back button does not work.

Ordered 1st December 2022 now 1st January 2023 status still waiting to ship ? Cannot cancel cannot refund ?

These two days I open the app page turn blank. Fully blank. I’ve tried to restart and re-download it but still .. it’s doesn’t work and this is the second time I’m having this issue..IT team please help me

I can’t update the app & use the app, can someone how to find the latest version & update the app?

It’s hard to navigate thru the apps since back button on top cannot be press. Please fix the bugs on iphone 13 pro max

The existing version interface is not suitable for iPhone 13 Pro Max. The cart icon and return icon is almost place top of my screen. I couldn’t press this two function icon. And unable to check out.
