Watch keeps disconnecting from app and will not reconnect. Therefore time is incorrect and activity is lost. Can’t reset time without app so watch basically useless. Particularly messed up now after summer time daylight saving.

The watch is okay but it hasn’t been counting the distance properly,other than that it’s good,I’ve had it for 1 year now and it seems to be okay.Plus you rlly just need a watch for the time

So far I’ve had very little problems with the app or watch, until today when out of nowhere the watch broke down, reset my step count and active minutes back to 0 and was flashing annoyingly. I tried everything - powering it off, re-installing the app and changing my settings - but nothing worked. I’ve had the watch less than 2 years so was not expecting this to happen. On top of all that, ever since I bought the watch it has been really bad at measuring my steps, so active minutes and walking/running distance. I’m sorry to leave a negative review but I honestly have known there was something wrong with the watch for almost 2 years so I really had to say something

Date is wrong all the time

My watch didn’t count my steps or sleep after a week of having it, very disappointing.

It’s crap don’t touch one

Wrong time , wrong date it was fine for about 3 weeks and now I don’t know what’s happened

Date wrong / time wrong / doesn’t display all notifications/ disconnects 😟😟

My watch kept disconnecting for no reason and whenever I was in the app it logged me off
