Heroes Charge

I’ve been playing this game for years now. The game is pretty fun to play and I do like it, but there are some issues that have not been resolved for years, even after directly asking support about it. The support team used to be good, but now they are super hollow and will copy and paste responses, say they “will continue to optimize, game content, etc.,” and then never get around to actually fixing stuff if they think they can brush it off. Additionally some heroes do not have an equal chance compared to other heroes, especially ones that don’t have an artifact. Polychrome colors don’t match and I know they are capable of fixing this, they just have not done it.

It is very frustrated to me everyday when it pop up keep connecting and keep shut down by itself every 30 minutes. Please fix it!

Gem costs for high VIP5 onward are outrageous, 300+ dollars for VIP 11?And restricted with stamina. Great game other than that. Pay 2 win crap

Keep photos and proof of everything you buy . I advise you not to spend or .. you will have to Prove it . they take your money and their response says you did not buy what you said. Even though the purchase says what you bought and the only option at that time picture was sent . I advise if you haven’t already gotten used to this do a run around.. jump through this hoop.. maybe you get what you bought .. otherwise don’t start this game

I complained about a much lower team absolutely destroying me (I am lvl 20 awaken) and my opponent was level 4 to 6 awaken. I couldn’t even kill one of their players. I sent in a support ticket and I haven’t one a single match since! You can level your players to lvl 4 awaken for free, but any thing after that is expensive. To have a team as high as mine be destroyed by lvl 4 is absurd! I am simply asking them to look into it and they place a handicap on my account! I have even used the same lineup as my opponent but my team was much higher in team and awakening, and I lost 😡 they obviously throttled my account and it angers me so much.

They didn't even try to hide it. They took the basic premise, the heroes they changed a tiny bit but they still have the same attacks and specials, the enemies are literally the exact same (the woodlife ones) and the level up / stamina / fusion of items to increase the character's rank is all taken from soul hunters. that's lowkey insane

This game always upgrades, occupied nearly 1000MB of my phone storage, and nothing new.

Ophelie Y is the absolute worst at customer service; very condescending and rude while not even reading the original complaint. I am sure they throttle your account to make your teams performance worse, you will see this when you lose to a team that is way lower team level and awakening level than you. I did an experiment and used the same characters as an opponent only mine were much higher level (15 higher in team and a minimum of 7 higher in awakening) and I lost. I sent in the fight and the reply I received was “get stronger”! One of my players in the fight was over half the total strength of my opponents team. Awful customer service, very glitchy game, don’t recommend. Update: I contacted again about my team of same characters as my opponent but mine are much higher and their team absolutely kills my team quickly. So helpful, but you missed the point again. My reply: But my heroes are already much higher level than my opponent….. the total of my heroes were 79 awaken and the total of my opponents was 27. I am already 52 awaken levels higher than my opponent. What does it need to be, 60, 80? The ridiculous fact that they killed most of my team is the absurdity I am pointing out. You want me to upgrade my heroes more? You can usually upgrade your character to 4 without spending much money, to get them to what I have my team to is costly. So you want me to spend more money to have a chance at defeating weaker opponents? How does this make sense? I can run the exact lineup as my opponent but mine is much higher and they win. I was 10 awaken levels higher on just one of their exact same character, but I have skin upgrades, high enchantments, high team level, higher arcanum… their character 16.6 times the damage as mine. So why does a level 4 character that is not as upgraded as mine do so much more damage? That was the point of contacting you, but whatever all I get is pay us more and upgrade your character. Ophelie, you have single handily made me like this game less. I will continue to update this as I receive “help” from Ophelie.

Before the major changes a couple of years ago, I was able to get all the heroes. Sure, I had to spend $20-30 every so often, but that guaranteed me the hero. Now, I would have to pay $50+ just for a game of chance to earn a crystal that can unlock a hero. I am not gambling away $50 for a slim chance. Heck, I can buy a complete game on Steam for that much… and there would be no need to spend any more money. So, I have now missed out on the last 15+ heroes that have been introduced. Plus, with all the other hero upgrades they keep adding, you have to spend $50+ just to upgrade one of the various features for a hero. So, I am getting beat by people 20 levels lower than me. Obviously, they spent thousands of dollars on this game. I am rarely able to get thru the normal crusade for the same reason. I am level 150, but my highest hero is only level 145. I can’t get enough fruit and gold to level up my heroes. Well, without spending money. At this point I have stopped giving Ucool my money because it is pointless. I can’t keep up with the rich people. Part of me thinks people hack the game or use stolen credit cards, because who in their right mind would spend hundreds of dollars every month on a mobile game. Anyway, avoid this game for now. It is only fun for people willing to spend their entire paycheck to constantly upgrade the heroes.

I have played this game for years and it used to be fun. However in the last few months Ucool has made changes to the game that have made the game tedious and frustrating for everyone who has not put thousands of dollars into their teams. New changes have made this game incredibly pay to win to the point you can no longer complete most of the in game activities because the teams with $1000+ heroes keep less expensive teams from advancing. If you are willing to spend ten thousand or more to buy a good team then you will do okay, but if not you will just be beating your head against a brick wall.
