Heybike - Electric Bikes

When I try to send the code to my email I get a Network Error. Unable to use the app at all.

I get a “Network Connect Fail” error when I click “Send Code” to register. I get the same error if I try to login. Is the app dead?

GPS shows my phone, NOT where the bike is. Presently useless.

Anti-theft tracking gps not working after 1 week of use … and I bought this bike 2 weeks ago.. only thing working on this app is the unlock service.. only if the app is open in your phone …not good !

They don’t sell bikes they sell bike parts. The app is always buggy and slow. It’s hard to adjust the steering. It’s not worth it.

The only thing the app is useful for is to lock and unlock my bike does not do anything else

The app is great with its lock and tracking features. Deserves no less than 5 stars!

This app will record my ride for about 10 minutes then freeze. The only way I can get it to respond is to completely close the app. This doesn’t save my rides. Useless

Been a heybike user for almost a year- so glad to use their app to ride my mars. When the Bluetooth is on, my bike will be automatically unlocked. I can track the trips.
