scam do not buy
scammed me out of $50 thinking this was a diet plan that worked for people with ADHD as it was advertised to me on IG to be. its literally just readings, yoga, and guided meditation you could get elsewhere like YT for free.
Scam??
I signed up for the 3 day trial. Everything I opened in the app- podcast, yoga exercise, meditation- would open to the same affirmation of “you are ____”. So weird. Cancelled immediately.
Meditation is great!
So relaxing. I usually have a hard time focusing but this one really pulls me in. The yoga part feels kind of jerky and fast. I’m hoping it gets better. I’m only on day 2.
Didn’t use it as often as I should have
With my busy work schedule and life I really have the chance to use it as much as I should have
