HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE,UNPROFESSIONAL
I canceled my wrong order 2 weeks ago from Adidas online store in UAE and up-to this day, i have not received my refund.The customer care team is not helpful at all.This is an understatement! The do nothing at all for all those weeks. They do nothing and even laugh when you explain your situation. They say that the only reason they did not refund me is because they are waiting for the shipment which was actually sent to me even after cancelling to be returned to their warehouse. When the shipment came to my building, i did not receive it.I asked the courier to send it back immediately but still for 2 weeks the courier has not given it back to the adidas online store.The courier company is not for Adidas it is from a third party company, not a good one. Keep in mind both the warehouse and store are in Dubai, the same city but it takes them 2 weeks to actually phone the courier company and ask them to return it back to the warehouse. Extremely unprofessional. I was going to order one more thing from them but now i shall not! I need to call the daily to push them. Management also does not call after asking them to call you. For a big store and a big name the Dubai online store has messed up and lost my trust. I shall continue making calls to them until i get my money back. Sad is that i have to still keep dealing with the customer care who do not call you back, laugh at you, put you on hold on purpose and send you emails with wrong info
