It absolutely ridiculous that we have to use this app in the first place because of the new mandated Texas law. Just another thing to have to document, regardless on top of having to keep a timely schedule for home health the app hardly ever works especially in rural areas, where they say “it’s supposed to work offline” it doesn’t. Now it just crashes every time I go to log in after the new update.
The new update doesn’t seem to work at all. It crashes about 10 seconds into the app being open. I’ve tried 6 times… FYI to other caregivers. Call your coordinator and see if you can get setup with an automated call in id. Where you just call an automated number to clock in and out. Much better than dealing with this app.
For the last two weeks I have to refresh the page to make my schedule pop up. It takes forever to load regardless of my connection strength. Makes me late almost everyday.
This app isn’t friendly. It was working for a little bit now it throws my out every time I try to log in. I know these poor ladies hate it when I call in for my clock ins and outs. I can’t even give it a half star because it’s so bad.
This app system is such a pain in the rear. All my visits disappeared. And yes, I did everything correctly. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the whole app while I was at the patients house just to get it to let me log in. I work with pediatrics so you can imagine how difficult that was. These hassles are going to make providers not want to work with these populations. Maybe HHS should have made sure these EVV’s were more reliable before rolling it out.
This app is the worst. Signing in, takes forever. Tapping the fingerprint for facial recognition is inconsistent. More time is spent attempting to sign in, trying to get it to open. Having to close app, try again, sometimes minutes to get this done. Waste of time. Same with clocking out. To many steps. If I could give this app a zero, I would.
You need to update your app again. For some reason your GPS isn’t working correctly. Because according to it I am 605 feet away from the location that I’m supposed to be at. Even though I’m sitting inside the house.
