App does not work at all, don’t even waste your time downloading

It does not connect to the AC access point. The AC was a terrible waste of money.

There is no wonder this app only has 1. I can’t even sign in to the account I created with the password I changed twice. Don’t use it. Actually don’t try it

What a waste of time

Worthless. Ac simply doesn’t connect to wi-fi. App doesn’t have option for window ac.

This app doesn’t work and Hisense is scamming people on their portable Air Conditioners Wi-Fi capability. No instructions in the paper manual and no instructions on any other site or video of people having success making the Wi-Fi work. This is a CCP brand product so don’t expect honesty. Do not download the apps that are associated with Hisense cause they demand total access to your confidential information data stored on your mobile device and your local home network.

This app doesn’t work past the sign in page and is probably just farming email/password combos. Download the “ConnectLife” app instead for the real/functional app.

This app should be removed. When you create an account to use the app, they have to send you a code to activate your account. It never happens. The email never comes. Not to junk or spam/trash…..never comes. Useless garbage.

Remote with $400 ac window unit doesn’t work, app is complete garbage can’t even get the email to verify my account, what a joke this company is!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars

This APP doesn’t work. Followed all the directions but it will not connect to my phone. Keeps saying failed connection! Don’t waste your time on this APP!
