HID Mobile Access

It doesn’t work. I try 2 different iPhones. Failed to register on both. On iOS 13 it just crashes, on iOS 12 it “Failed to update mobile id” whatever it means

This app constantly doesn’t work and malfunctions when I’m trying to have the reader validate my entry

You gotta open the app for the work you look like an idiot every time you use it it makes me wanna have a physical badge so bad. The watch app just seems to be there to exist. Doesn’t actually work.. If this is the future, I don’t want.

Where do I find the welcome email for the code to sign in?

Every morning I am struggling to open the door with this app!

I don’t understand all the bad reviews about this app. I have used it since day one and I have not had any problems. I have about 32 card readers at my site and I love the way it just unlocks the doors when I get near the card reader. The only thing I would love to see is if we could label the favorite readers. Other than that, it’s a great app!

This app is very useful to provide mobile entry to a variety of secure locations a building, gym, elevator When coupled with my Watch Mobile Access, it is exceedingly user-friendly

It’s a pain

Instead of forcing us into third-party vendors to integrate into Apple wallet, this should be done by HID.
