No Customer service or help

I’m not sure where Crooto the developers of this game have gone. Because there is no help and messages are being ignored. If you have a problem there is ABSOLUTELY no one to help you. Disgraceful

Freezing

I have just found this game and was really enjoying it but now it is continually freezing and will not let me progress in the game. Really disappointed. It will not let me enter the Old Embankment. Game still crashing really like this game but getting more and more frustrated with it. Please fix the bugs !!!!!as of 17 March still no response from my email really bad customer service I am considering deleting game which is a shame but the constant freezing and having to reset the game is very frustrating!!!! Well here we are and still no response to my previous email and now I have been waiting forever for updates the customer service is rubbish seriously considering deleting this game!!!

New update

Dear Crooto Why oh why are we having to write to you again about the the debarcle you have created. So many people can’t access the game we collect keys and have them taken off us the lion count is way off, you give us a free hour but those who can’t access the game what use is that to them. Every time you do an update we encounter more problems than a game we should be enjoying. If you dont get a mass exodus after this I will very surprised. My suggestion is get your house in order and give us something we want to play and enjoy.

Always waiting for chapters!

That's it ?? After the longest wait there are only two new chapters?? Which complete so quickly and now have to wait however long for new chapters again? Most of the guild I am in have quit the game completely now.

Game freezing

Played the game for a while and then suddenly unable to get into it. Have sat for 20 mins zapping those leaves and still only 25% done. Just got new update so tried again now sit for 20 mins while it says connecting to server. Have tried to get help from app support but it’s telling me I don’t have permission to access it. Nearly ready to give up on the game.

New chapters

I love this game,the only thing I don’t like is the big gap while we wait for the next lot of chapters to come. I check in every day to see if they have arrived and am disappointed to find they haven’t yet come.

Potentially a great game

This game started so well but all the tinkering has rendered it almost unplayable for some people and is alienating what was a loyal set of fans. Please concentrate on fixing the multiple glitches before adding any more content!

Now no CHAT!

What is going on with Crooto, just did the update and now there’s no chat facility. Why can’t you just sort all these glitches out for once and for all? I love the game, but am so frustrated with so many things! I won’t bother to list that as you have been told by so many players already what the ongoing issues are. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!

New update

Great game with such promise but we desperately need an update with some new features. Getting very boring and guild members are dropping like flies. Need a new registery. Playing the same game over and over is becoming very dull and everyone is loosing interest in the game.

Switch off!

I enjoy playing Elderichwood a lot it’s a fun game to play. One problem is it keeps switching off and I have to restart the game. This happens several times when I’m playing. Apart from that I love the game
