App is a total scam to just phish information from westerners. Bc if it weren't then they wouldn't allow westerners who apparently aren't allowed to deposit money. I was told if I deposited funds I would have access and I just wasn't allowed to buy direct. Lies Lies Lies. Users BEWARE
I put money in the stupid app and then it says USA isn’t allowed… why let me put money on if it’s not allowed???
Your account gets locked after a few days and the only way to unlock it is sending referrals
I had earned some rewards on this app. The app had stopped working for a long time, but after it started working again, I signed in and saw my account balance was 0 and my rewards had “expired”, ie they just took them back for no reason. Seems pretty clear the people running this are dishonest, and I’d never trust them with any real money.
Don’t waste your time, Even if you manage to refer 1 friend a week and you do everything right, and you get the app to function correctly and the app doesn't randomly crash or just flat out stops working. Somehow the developers will probably find a way to mess it up.
This is just proof that they just don’t want to have people claim rewards at all anymore. They are not asking for a total of 5 or even 10 referrals they want a continual stream of at one every week for you to be able to claim rewards that you used to be able to claim for nothing. Way to go guys you just ruined a perfectly good feature that would have kept loyal users. No need to respond…I’ve already read the other comments and it’s clear you don’t really care what “the community” thinks…uninstalling
The devs are just trying to make a quick buck, this app isn’t worth it. They say the “community” decided to implement new rules for claiming tokens but it seems this “community” is just the devs who havent developed anything since making these unpopular changes. No work has been done to separate Hi from any of their competitors. These people are trying to scam you.
Like one of the top reviews says, it’s basically a scam for referrals/pyramid scheme and is not worth your time

In order to redeem you must overcome a Referral obstacle by “referring a friend every 7 days”. For those who are private , stick to themselves or just don’t want to involve others this is a deal breaker.
