Highrise - Simple CRM

If you don’t have a lead programmed in your phone before entered into Highrise, your phone will see it as being part of the singular High-rise contact. Trying to text or email or creating a contact for that number is a nightmare.

But I can’t make an account on the app. So yeah not off to a great start.

Was recommended by a YouTuber. When I went to create an account, it automatically gave me an error, what kind of app doesn’t even let you make an account??

Good app, however there are a few glitches: double entry notes on iPhones, not able to check off tasks, and trouble locating company entries from the search.

Gives an invalid user error in the app when I try to create a new account.

Each time I try use the app I get a network error issue - but my internet connection is perfect. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app countless times to no avail. Very annoying, can’t use the app at all...

Why is it that I can’t find a way to add Tags from the mobile app? That’s something basic that needs to be accomplished with a few clicks

Looks great and seem to run smoothly, but without deals, not super useful

The app is awesome, but not having Deals functionality is the reason for the low score.

I use Highrise on my laptop most of the time, but the iOS app is perfect for when I can’t be near my computer. I can still keep up with the team’s activity, look up contacts and even tag them.
