Like the workouts but…

I like the content but the Apple TV app is the worst. I have to offload every week to get weekly workout updates. It also recently wont allow me to choose from daily workouts for the week. Instead, I have to “watch all” (or fast forward through) each workout to proceed to the following day. I hope they fix this problem.

I have been following MrandMrsMuscle when they had less than 30k followers and knew that I had discovered a gem. This app helps me stick to the plan. I schedule the workouts and commit to completing it. I love the calendar option on app. Sometimes the app does not measure my HR on my Applewatch I’ve noticed.

After trying several workout apps & even YouTube programs, Mrandmrsmuscle has become my favorite. The workouts are challenging, but the rewards outweigh the burns of the exercises. I’m feeling better than before and actually look forward to my workouts more! Thank you! Only thing I wish could improve is their frequency of communication with app users who have questions .. I’ve sent them questions and comments on Instagram but with no response and I’ve been subscribed since 2022. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Thank you, Mrs Muscle, for providing a unique and comprehensive workout offering unlike any I’ve seen. You created exactly what I was looking for in an app - high quality recordings, variety, a “muscle map” to show what areas each exercise hits, great music, recovery videos, lots of dumbbell workouts, modifications for more difficult exercises, and a day-to-day workout plan which includes rest days. Also, a highly-appreciated bonus is the ability to download the app on my tv. I’ve felt amazing since I started your workouts, and I’d recommend it to anyone seeking more movement and energy in their life.

I love Mr. and Mrs. Muscle’s videos. I initially started following on Instagram and really appreciated how the workouts are adaptable and informative. I love the information that is available with the muscles that are being targeted on the screen and the modification options! These are just the best and motivate me to actually want to work out. Even my 11 year old son enjoys them! We find them challenging, but soooo rewarding to finish. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Muscle for sharing these workouts with the world!

No explainations

I use the Beachbody App and it’s streamed without any buffering. This app needs work in my opinion. I cancelled after the 1st month, it’s not living up to the quality I’m used to receiving from a streaming workout program. Also there is no explanations on proper form when performing the exercises with weights. I enjoy watching these 2 on YouTube every now And then but the app isn’t for me. I need warm ups before and after a workout.

Great app but I’m unable to play my own music…

I love your app! Your workouts using compound movements keeps my workouts creative and has me looking forward to each new weekly drop! My only concern is that although I select the option to play the workout in the background so I can play my own music, it doesn’t work. If this can be fixed the app will be a perfect 5 out of 5!

I’m a huge fan of MMM so I was excited to see they have an app. While the workouts are great, the app has a lot of limitations. I prefer working out to my own playlist and the ability to read the different moves within a routine. Unfortunately, you don’t have the option to customize the music and the videos seem to be pulled from youtube. I was hoping for something a bit more tailored! Useful for anyone who exercises at home.

love MMM. the workouts are short but highly effective. It never really demands more than 20-25 minutes of your time every day but I always work up a great sweat. It’s easy to fit into your day and the time commitment is low enough that being consistent isn’t very difficult (for me at least). The background music issue is never a prob for me. I don’t really like the music they have on their workouts anyway, so I’ve actually started to mute their videos and play my own music on spotify/another Youtube tab and that has worked fine. Such a great investment - very much worth the money.
