Hilton Head Island Compass

I see it hasn’t been updated for 2 years. Don’t even bother with iOS 18…

After installing keep getting a message ‘your device connection might be inactive or unstable’ when trying to open. iPhone 12, up to date operating system & carrier is t-mobile. Re-booted phone and cleared open apps, browser data etc. Any ideas what the problem is?

App won’t even open now. It givss an error code. The app is not responding at all. It’s useless.

This app was difficult to use. I have removed it.

Been trying since January to change password get message error sending you a new temporary password try again later

Couldn't get the app to stay active through many attempts. GPS coordinates seemed inaccurate and content is outdated. Going to stick to traditional collateral next time I'm on the island.

The interface is organized well, but the app just fails to meet expectations. It fails to save favorites and connect with links to sites. Needs improvements, but should at least do a good job at showing nearby locations and services.

Being a first time visitor, I was relying on this app to give me some guidance to find open places to see the ocean. What it mostly got me was driving into gated and guarded communities, where poor people aren't allowed. It took some digging, but FINALLY found a couple places to see where non property owners could dwell. Overall, depending on what you're looking for will guide your own ratings, for me, this app was pretty worthless and Hilton Head Island in general has been a large disappointment. 1 star for the fact that we had a good breakfast restaurant close by.

A great app for anyone living or touristing in Hilton Head! It gives you the option to create an itinerary and explore the many restaurants, shopping opportunities, and adventures around the island!
