Looked at rooms in the app, then talked to other people about the plans and went back an hour later and all the prices were higher, not playing these games and going to book elsewhere. Rude to change prices like this, what a deceptive practice
Loyal to Hilton for several years, but this day ended it. I can’t count on you and your app to work so probably best not to not count on my business. Test environments exist for a reason.
App updated but now is stuck and won't open... Even after reinstall. Waste of time.

Day before my check in and the app requested an update. So I update and it still says it needs to be updated even though it’s up to date. I’m trying to early check in and I can’t even get past this needs an update screen
The recent update has deleted all my future stays. If I search for a stay using the confirmation number it says it can not be found.
8/13/24 update. logged out and cant log back in anymore. Can still log in on desktop but app is DEAD! can’t see any of my reservations and the desktop isn’t that great at seeing my reservations as well. need hilton team to fix this asap
App is too busy and doesn’t provide key information for your hotel stay. E.g. when selecting fitness center in the app while staying at a Hilton, it doesn’t show you where the gym is located. Bluetooth is very slow to recognize digital keys in elevators. App randomly signs you out and then won’t allow you sign in, therefore using the “digital key” becomes useless because I have to walk to the front desk to get a physical key anyway. Once I check in using the app, when I open the app I’d be nice for it to automatically activate the digital key. It’s the simple things that make a difference.
The app used to be great, but lately the bugs are so bad it is unusable! No prices when searching for rooms, current reservations are not showing up, and when I search for an upcoming reservation it says it doesn’t exist!!! This has been going on for MONTHS!!! This needs to be fixed.
The app closes on me very often
