Was really hoping this would actually expose some controls like port forwarding or DMZ, but about the only thing it will do is let you rename the wifi SSIDs. You can turn off the 2.4 ghz radio, but if you disable the 5ghz radio, it breaks some of the gateway functionality until you do a factory reset. Meh.

I was trying to get a better signal while playing MW2 which seemed to always be 3 out of 4 bars. I came across this app from YouTube’s “Peter Carcione - Optimizing T-Mobile Home Internet” video and long-story short I discovered my SInR was bad (1-4db) range. I moved it 2 feet and it jumped up to (12-17db). Might not sound like much but it made a HUGE difference with my gaming experience. Thank you!

Not for most people but if you have a T-Mobile gateway and working knowledge of network management it’s exactly what you need. The interface is clean and intuitive. Thank you Zachary for doing this!

G4AR not showing LTE stats. App might need update.

Adds necessary features for managing T-Mobile home internet gateways that should be provided by T-Mobile. Many thanks to the developer for creating, releasing, and maintaining this very helpful app.

Fantastic app for people that want to manage their T-Mobile gateway. T-Life app always says my Gateway isn’t connected even when it is, and makes you jump through unnecessary setup hoops, and doesn’t let you see any useful data. Big kudos to the developer. You need this if you have T-Mobile Home Internet.
