Hisee cloud

I am now using this app to view previous recordings after choosing Device Recordings when I want to watch something from last night. I have been watching videos from the NVR hard drive. So far I’m not taken to a screen identifying amounts to use this app. I have been pleased with this app so far. I have only noticed that activity is not identified along the time gauge at the bottom of the screen like it is with the Esee cloud app. This is handy when reviewing a video and would be a great update from Hesee cloud app. Please add when possible.

I can’t even register my phone number or email after downloading the app. It keeps generating a code, and saying the number and email is incorrect

I love this set up of 4 cameras! U need to also purchase a cheap tv about $100 or less at Walmart to set up a “ dummy” tv to show all 4 cameras at once. My electrician knew how to install all of the cameras and set it up to the Tv. It really is fabulous. I can look at my entire property at one glance. I also installed the hisee app on my phone and I can look at all 4 cameras at anytime. This is great setup and very good camera quality and u don’t have to pay a big time security company anymore at $50 a month. I set up notifications on my own phone. Def recommend this set up.

I still can’t open my app more than once per phone restart. I have to restart my phone every time I want to use the app. Please fix the issue.
