I can login on the website, but not on the app. Put in my credentials, hit the login button and literally NOTHING happens. Utterly useless, and a complete waste of time.

Absolutely and completely useless. I can’t even go past the “login” page, and the login button doesn’t work. Useless app, don’t bother.

The app previously gave house details and a map which was very handy when travelling. The membership card is less useful and at the end of the year doesn’t automatically update. Please return to the original format

Since renewing membership, app does not even display correct details. Waste of time and deleted.

The title says it all. Please hire an App designer and coder with some talent and get this working correctly or do away with it completely. This is a travesty.

This app should do more than present evidence of membership. It should show what properties are open in a chosen area on selected days like the NGS app can. I shall delete it after leaving this revue.

Please go back to how it was before with map and listing. And sack the developer/commissioner . If you want an electronic card just allow a download to wallet or something similar. You shouldn’t be paying a developer who can’t work this out!

Went from being a pretty poor app that’s at least allowed you to search sites to a simple digital pass only. Baffling! And what developer created that sign in page? Apple supply a perfectly good Wallet app that is trusted, why this car crash?

Really, there should be a zero-star option because neither of us joint husband and wife, members can now log on on any of our iPhones or iPads.

The App used to show you where the houses were - sadly no more. I can’t even log in any more. The National Trust App is much better - the standard to aim for?!
