This App does not do what it advertises. Will not connect to Sekonda watches. Through internet abnormalities on network!!! Can not sign in and no menu icon,

A few major updates need to be made. 1. While the watch is on the desk, it is still receiving notifications. 2. When you flip the ring to check your watch, the screen lights up in take time. The Screen light up is not instant. 3. No theatre mood. 4. Very poor watch face collections 5. The Hitfit app is cartoonish, like their watch faces.

Calorie calculator way out- can manage to burn up 35,328 calories in one day! Also can walk about 2000 steps which the App thinks is over 6 miles! Something is very wrong with the software. Please fix

I generally really like this app it’s really useful but wish it could show messages from things like discord

Got a new watch tried to connect it wouldn’t find device at the start then the app came up with authorisation notices saying it could not connect with no other options whatsoever. Do not recommend.

Could not sign up through the app - kept getting a ‘connection abnormality’. It was solved eventually by using iPhone’s 4G connection instead of our Wi-Fi - don’t know why, but might help others. After that all seems ok.

Lovely new watch rendered useless by an App you cannot sign into even in tourist mode. Sad.

Bought a smart watch and I’m trying to set it up but that’s impossible when this app doesn’t work!
