Beschreibung

HiWater not only helps you record your daily water intake, but also analyzes the hydration structure based on the water pyramid model. The water pyramid divides daily beverages into six healthy levels, which can help you understand whether your water intake is in line with health guidelines.
== Features ==
**Track Daily Water Intake**
HiWater helps you quickly log your daily water intake, and also helps you set a personalized daily hydration goal.
**Water Pyramid**
Just like the food pyramid, the water pyramid classifies beverages into different health levels. HiWater helps you analyze the structure of your water intake to avoid consuming too many beverages and promote good health. The water pyramid model comes from the Healthy Beverage Guidelines proposed by experts at the Harvard School of Public Health and related research.
**Smart Reminder**
HiWater will remind you to hydrate when your body goes into dehydration. With HiWater's powerful notification system, you can set different rules for weekdays and weekends. HiWater also supports iOS 15 time-sensitive notifications.
**Powerful System Integration**.
HiWater supports Shortcuts, Siri suggestions, and Home Screen widgets. With these features, power users can complete daily water tracking without even opening the app.
**Apple Watch App**
HiWater comes with a high-quality Apple Watch app. You can quickly check your body hydration on your watch and keep track of your water intake on your wrist. It also comes with a beautiful set of watch face complications.
**Data Sync**
- Supports iCloud sync. The data you logged is stored safely and securely.
- Supports iOS Health data sync, including water and nutrient data.
- Seamlessly works with HiCoffee. When you log coffee in HiCoffee, the water data will be automatically synced to HiWater. (HiCoffee is another app for tracking caffeine intake and needs to be purchased separately)

Great hydration app BUT...

As many have said, this is one of the best designed hydration apps out there. But adding a drink on the watch does not update the iPhone widget until you open iPhone app. And vice versa - updating iPhone app does not update watch widget until you open app on the watch. Reported this to developer but no response.

The Only Real Hydration Tracker

Man, what a great app. I’ve done a lot (days, at least) of research into how to track my hydration, and I’ve downloaded probably a dozen apps. They all suffer from the same shortfall: they only track progress toward a daily goal, which resets at midnight. Hydration is about more than just how much you drink in a day! Just because you hit your daily goal at 3 pm, that doesn’t mean you’ll be hydrated at 9 pm. HiWater is the ONLY app that treats hydration as a continuous process. It gives you a reliable and straightforward estimate of your hydration right now, in addition to the daily intake goal. It gives you reminders as you approach dehydration, not just at random times throughout the day (though it can do that too). Between that feature and their widgets, easy interface, and cross-syncing with their equally awesome caffeine tracking app, I couldn’t be happier with their product. This is one of the best applications I have ever used, and hands-down the best hydration tracker. I cannot give the team enough props.

Although it requires some improvement, it works well for free.

This app specializes in liquids and tracks what you drink very well. I paid for the full version because I believed it’s worth it. One thing I hope comes to this app is a bar code scanner for drinks to automatically be categorized into its proper position on the drink pyramid including the ounces of the beverage and its proposed contents like sugars and vitamins , caffeine etc…The system works very well on apps like MyFitnessPal and Yuka as I track everything I eat and drink anymore. . My only gripe is the catalog is not easy to navigate having so many beverages on the market plus the ingredients or contents I don’t think I’d ever input all that data myself for so many options out there so hopefully it’s in the works and would make this a 10 star app. Best of it’s class in the liquid tracking space.

High-Quality

Liking this app so much! Just purchased the permanent version based on the quality of the interface and the feature set. (Also purchased HiCoffee.) Widgets, complications, Siri Shortcuts, syncing — all top-notch. Not sure, though, that I will be using the app regularly: I am a big fan of having my daily goal for hydration change based upon my location (temperature), current activity level, and actual weight and age. Since these are all factors that the app could have access to, I would love to see HiWater take them into account and set my daily goal accordingly.

美中不足

唯一没中不足的地方在于,每次自定义添加饮品的时候,能够自动进行分类就完美了。
