HK Connect

HK have a good product, but cannot understand how they lets build a worse app like this. Nothing works!! Even the last product with my Onyx 8 cannot connect with the app. 0*

This app is very very useless by all the means. Super frustrating when trying to use app and connect my speakers. I wont buy HK product anymore after all of this.

I got trouble sometimes when playing stereo on the app.

If you have Onyx 4, good news! Stereo mode works fine with the latest app update. It is important to pair to only one of your speakers, and let HK Connect handle communication to the second speaker. If you pair to both speakers, it will fail to start stereo mode or have other issues. The only issue is the stereo mode goes back to party mode after sporadically.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I have reset everything reinstalled the app power on and off, and although the phone is easily connected to the speaker for sound, the app cannot find it. Pointless.

Can we pretty please get an app for onyx studio 8? I’d love to see the battery life on it while it’s on. Thank you!!!

In short, the app doesn’t recognize my device, even if it’s already connected to my iPhone. Harman Kardon makes good sounding speakers but it’s obvious that they know nothing about and have no interest in making functional software.

App does not work and couldn’t detect Onyx Studio 8, HK need to work more on the app. Great hardware but no app to connect

Junk app useless! Won’t even recognize my speaker but I’m playing music thru it.

Onyx 6 won't connect after numerous attempts .. I can literally playing music on it with Bluetooth connected but the app can't find ? Make it make sense
