If I could stay logged in, will be great.

The app logs me out everytime I switch apps or if I my phone goes to sleep and then when I go to use it I have to put in may email and then my badge Id. I am the president of large organisation I would never recommend this app to anyone

Enjoying day 1. Not happy with parking and information surrounding process.

I’m a tech lover. This was not user friendly interface or useful features. Little to no I -app guidance. I pressed the button to email tech support and got a msg that email wasn’t set up on the device but no guidance where to set it up. I apparently downloaded 350+ MB of files but they don’t launch and no way to delete them. Mostly a frustrating experience. I would up using paper schedules and notes.

The app is good but the fact that it makes you log in each time is extremely annoying.

Can’t find certificate

I like having access to the schedule and presentations from my mobile device. The app is clunky. It requires logging in with my email address and 7-digit badge number, then waiting several minutes to load and scroll through multiple screens everytime I open the app. Even when a button within the app takes me to their own website in my browser, when I click to return to the app, I must login again and scroll through several pages before I can access the conference schedule. Very frustrating.

Not supported

There is absolutely no support for this app. Good luck getting a response from anyone if there is an issue.
