Demanding access to all sorts of stuff or you can’t use it. Still has difficulty connecting via Bluetooth. I hate this experience so i never use it

First initial connect was the only time this gimbal worked. I didn’t receive my email with the “code” to delete my account. Do not recommend this app, product, or company.

I cant use my gimbal because the app toll me that my isteady x needs a update , but the app not update my gimbal I’m try all and I can’t please update your app and fix this because I need my gimbal thanks

Like the title said. It would beep randomly and try to reconnect. Sometimes it fails and disconnects entirely. Even if the batteries have a charge or plugged into the wall while in use. Bringing things into view for a closeup would not focus, and if you did, the auto focus would not refocus when bring the object further. Would be nice if there could be a blur background filter.

The gimble flips around like a fish, gets limited capacity for smooth movement, and the first time it was charged longer than I could keep an eye on it suddenly doesn’t hold any charge or work very well.

The app is clunky and difficult to navigate. None of the videos has sound. And the FAQ link doesn’t bring to a place where users ask questions, it’s just another video. I’ll be returning this gimbal just because the app is garbage.

Refuses to update

Which makes my iSteady gimbal useless

We are YouTubers so our content is everything. When we spend a lot of time and money to record a video then find that the audio gets out of sync as the video progresses. It’s so frustrating, and unreliable. We have iPhones and don’t know if it’s a specific setting like 30fps vs 60fps, but now and then our videos audio just get so horribly out of sync trailing the video by a good 2-3 seconds almost. The longer the video the worse it gets. iPhone itself records just fine with the native camera app. So it has to be this gimbal app doing it. Please fix this and let us know what the issue is or was so we can avoid it!!! Useless otherwise

Won’t let me use my isteady x until I do a firmware update, but the firmware update is frozen. 1 out of 5. Would give 0 if possible.
