It’s a handy tool. FYI I use it as a tool to transcribe music and find it quite handy as I can save projects. Two things I would suggest: (1) I would like to see pitch/frequency numbers (FFT) when I scrub over a either a point or a entire selected area. (2) Introduce markers, points in the audio that we need to highlight and return to, and perhaps allow the splitting of a file based on user defined markers.

I’ve tried many apps for recording over the last ten years and this is my favourite. It’s intuitive, the sound is great, and it’s easy to export files ( a big downer with a lot of the others.) I mainly use it as a scratch pad for recording song ideas and it knocks every other app I’ve tried out of the park for that

How do I upgrade? It’s not working when I tried to “upgrade” from the app.

Absolutely love it, the tutorial was easy to understand, there are many functions and the overall design is very pleasing!

Similar to audacity in windows. Very user friendly. Able to convert mono to stereo. Fantastic app!

Since your last update, I can't highlight any section on any track with my mouse. I don't use touchscreen as I dislike soiling my tablet. I'm a constant user of Hokusai, and I can't believe you ruined a perfectly good app this way. I hope you can fix this, but you ruined an entire week's worth of work for me. Shameful.

I’ve had this app for about 5 years! Will never let it go! Never had 1 issue with it! Sound quality when transferring is amazing, perfect! Features are exactly what an artist needs and the extras are enough to create a commercial song 💪🏽 I’ve used it to create entire songs, layers and all, voiceovers for social media, journaling, and simply talking to myself (I’m an introvert 🤣) In all seriousness - this app is the best app I’ve ever used and I mean that with everything! Please do not change anything! Thank you for taking your job seriously and thank you for making something of such quality 🙏🏽 Money well spent!
