Holafly eSIM: Unlimited Data

Hi Holafly team! Can you please add possibility to top up the SIM card through the application, if possible. In order not to buy a new card every time. Thanks!

Hi I bought Hola eSIM because the advertisement was saying “unlimited internet “. I supposed to use my phone also as a hot-spot for my work. I work with cloud so unlimited access was a good solution for me. When I bought eSIM from the app still it was nowhere written that sharing of internet is limited by 500Mb per day. (500 Mb is funny in XXI century…) I was badly surprised when all my work was blocked because of this limit. Please, work better on your app, be more informative for customers.

500mb limit for hotspot - waste of money for “unlimited” internet

It is kind of lie, when you buy unlimited internet, your speed will be limited with 0.1 mb/s after some usage (you can load anything) Every day it happens after 10gb usage. I asked support team to help me with that. They helped me once. Other day I had to wait till the midnight. So in their documentation, they said it happens rarely, when you speed could be limited, but for me it was 2 out of 2. Tomorrow my last day with this service.

Купил австралийский тариф безлимит на 5 дней,в итоге оказалось безлимит закончился на 15 гб,кщк и на точку доступа не больше 500 мб в день, все это время скорость было 0.5 мб/с в итоге ее урезали до нули. Сапорт мне скорость помог восстоновить. Но осадок остался В итоге самым радостным моментом было когда симка сдохла и я заказал через Airalo, соотношением 1 гиг к 2 баксам, но скорость на 2 мб/с минимум и без ограничений

Hi Holafly team, I’m your customer, used your service a lot of times. It works great, but I can’t access your app. It says no internet connection. I checked if it’s allowed to use mobile data and it’s allowed, but still I see the notification that there is no internet to enter the app. Please, fix it

Download app and try to pass registration, but any options doesn’t working. Apple login - No Google login - No Mail PIN code doesn’t come, I was try 3 different mail address, and nothing. Support not reply on messages in WhatsApp
