Holi is the Personal Trainer for your mental health, and he is ready to help you improve your emotional and psychological wellbeing, boosting all fields of your life.
With a preventive approach, Holi acts as a toolkit for our daily life, teaching us how to cope and improve with the several questions of our life which impact our mental health.
Firstly, he will understand how we are feeling, which are our problems and fears, and which are our goals and likes. With that information, and since he is a little brain with an IQ above the average, he will personalize all the experience to each one of us, suggesting us therefore the gamified strategies most suitable for us.
These strategies are backed up by positive psychology and they are themselves adapted to our own pace and to what our body is telling - through an innovative technology called biofeedback, during each strategy, Holi is able to understand our breathing patterns, our heart rate, or our body language, and with that he can understand our emotional patterns. The strategies respond, in that way, to our state in each moment, especially to our stress and anxiety levels, making the whole mental health coping path tailor-made to each one of us.
Lately, since we can only improve what we can visualize and measure, Holi quantifies our progress in each field of our life. Based on a holistic model of mental health, we can hence visualize where we are at and where we want to go!

* Given your explicit consent, Holi is able to personalize the app to you by acquiring information in specific moments via certain sensors of your smartphone (namely, the camera, microphone, gyroscope), and health data integrated from your smartphone's Health app.
* The app uses the data recorded on your phone's Health app, upon your consent, to integrate all your health data in only one place.
* Holi is not a medical equipment, it is not suitable for mental health therapy when used isolated, nor substitutes therapy or professional care - it is a tool for mental health preventive self-coping or for therapy complement. In case of need of professional support, Holi directs the user to a network of specialized clinics of the field.
