Holiday Car Wash Club

I tried to set up my account through this app. I have attempted it five separate occasions. The app keeps closing after I get to the part where I put in my credit card information. I get notification that my credit card account has been charged, then the app closes again. I am seriously reconsidering getting the monthly subscription if this is what I can expect

Pull up to car wash, tap to activate and it won’t recognize the wash.

To use this app you have to ensure your not passing it back and fourth from one phone to the other and that your location and Bluetooth are on. I called the customer service people (who are wonderful by the way) and I didn’t know half this stuff. I love the app and it’s very user friendly.

I used to use the tag on my windshield but ever since the app I find it way easier. I love how easy the app is to use at all my holiday locations.

I’m glad they are moving to an app..but it just doesn’t work well..it never wants to pick up location correctly and I’m stuck at the car wash having to manually go through the list and find the store im at to activate..If I try to choose it from the map the app crashes, so I have to scroll through the list every time

The reliably and consistently does what I need it to do, act as a key into the thing that washes my car. Two big QoL improvements. First, If for some reason the payment does not go through, it would be nice to have it give an FYI on my device. It can take payments and reactivate accounts quick enough. Second, Carplay support! It would be one of those small dumb, but extremely convenient things for people who use Apple CarPlay to just open the app and activate the wash from the infotainment center.

App should say whether locations are open or closed. And, select no thanks to an upgrade in the app not on the car wash panel.

I wish it showed on the app which locations would say if it offers touch free. The website does. The app doesn’t.

This app doesn’t work. Clearly a 9 year old created this app. Holiday Gas Stations probably wonder why no one is buying a subscription. It’s because they can’t.
