This is a really cool device but I can’t connect it to my WiFi it doesn’t even activate the Bluetooth slider!! I can’t do anything with this!!how can you help?

This apps lack of English every time it goes technical is just wrong. It seems to be very nice but with less then half of the directions how is an English speaking person suppose to figure it out ?? My bad, I found the setting for English so I will update this later

I have it since last year and worked perfect. Today I’m trying to set it up again and the app don’t want to work 😔 I need help

I bought one fan and it worked very well with the software. However, I bought a second fan to splice with the first fan and the app does not do what it says it can do. There tutorials show that it can be done on a desktop, but this is false. There is no software at least in the US, that will allow this. If you are going to purchase one purchase just one do not think that you can do any splicing. There is no customer support that you can contact nor any tutorials and how to splice with the phone app. I will most likely return the second fan because it is useless to me if I cannot splice.

The worst app design ever!! No instructions or anything. So frustrating. Not worth the headache at all.

Fan is cool however good luck connecting and the app needs major improvements!

It gets disconnected and crashing all the time. When a clip is playing, app cannot control the pause/stop function.

Yes the app is glitchy, keep at it. Ive purchased 5 of these fans and rarely have a problem. Working from a pc wifi is much better than the phone.

Not sure why I just spent $100 on a fan that is really not customizable. You guys need to do a lot better of a job with this app. No one‘s gonna read this and no one‘s gonna do anything of course because it’s just another Chinese product that is pretty much trash. Probably just going to return it. I wouldn’t known that the app is total garbage I wouldn’t have bought it.
