Tolong lah untuk hw ambyar cikini staff nya di kontrol tamu reguler di buat blacklist tanpa alasan yg jelas hello bs liat dr aplikasi member gmn bs member buang banyak d oulet sana d blacklist tanpa alasan jgn mau uang aja staf nya suka mnt2 tips by chatt sm cust, tlg d kontrol staff terutama “manager” ambyar cikini malu2in member aja yg udah lama buang2 uang ke oulet tersebut. Sy main dr sebelum ganti nama ambyar ya dr nama phoenix manager gila hormat tamu yg royal welcome kita kesana bayar ga gratisan tlong lah management cikini d bagusin bnyk tamu priority d blacklist tanpa alasan juga.

Itu tolong beberapa kali saya kesana waiters cwo di HELENS Gunawarman yg rambut di kuncir lebih di ajarin sopan santun dan attitude ya, teriak2 nyanyi didepan tamu lewat dorong2 tanpa eccuse me dan tidak ramah sma sekali muka tengil dan songong, tolong di tindak dan diberi tahu! Terimakasih..

Kok jadi ga ada daftar harga nya ??

Service bagus luarbiasa tapi sdkit masukan alangkah baiknya kalau ada menu di aplikasi

Pelayanannya sangat buruk di Palembang.

12/07/2024 I have always come to Rocca and in general the service is good. There were ups and downs, downs mostly when they are very busy, but we can still enjoy it somewhat. However today, I experienced the worst service from the receptionist. I asked via WA to book a table and immediately order a pizza, since my child have to eat asap and it takes a while for them to process pizzas. She told me that I cannot book because I’ll be arriving soon. Ok that’s fine. I asked for the pizza to be processed and she said she cannot process it. You can order once you arrive. I told her, I need you to process the pizza now because I’d like it to be ready by the time we arrive, it takes a while for you to process the pizza. After a while, then she said, “oh we can process it if you make a payment” She could’ve just told me from the start that she needs payment to process the food and I can quickly do the transfer. I arrived in no time and asked the receptionist at the front and told her she could’ve just told me about the payment and recognised my need to have the food processed asap. There was no sorry whatsoever, she simply brush it off by saying “I’ll process it now” and didn’t even respond to my comments. Obviously she doesn’t know her SOP well enough and she just made my impression to Rocca go down. I sat and asked the waiter for the manager and they said the manager is not in yet. It was almost 12 noon.

Aplikasinya gak bgt, gagal mulu buat book sofa

Gegara upgrade aplkasi uang refund saya belum kembali,jadi itu hangus atau kembali tidak ada kejelasan ya,,,di live house kemang beda orang beda servis nya gak semua waiters ramah
