Disappointed that month after month issues are not available in the app for download long after they have been released. When you buy a subscription you expect you will get access on the day of release. This is an ongoing issue. I won’t be renewing
It looks like it is out but the app does not show it. What other ways to read the digital subscription?
Was promoted to download latest app, which I did, but now I can’t access my digital magazines as the screen turns black. Can’t seem to get any help. Very unhappy
It is a quality magazine however it’s online app is terrible. It is very disappointing when you know a new magazine is available and you can’t access it. At other times the page breaks can be glitching and ruin the articles. I’m hoping the app has stopped loading because it is being updated? But it is frustrating because I want to read the latest edition and I can’t.
the app totally rubbish, waste of money
Paid for a physical and digital subscription. Despite many attempts to see the digital subscription it has never worked. Have deleted and reinstalled app and changed passwords but to no avail. Customer service have never resolved. I am tech savvy and quite annoyed. Waste of money
I contacted Home Beautiful a week ago to say unable to see July magazine. Received a response to say it would be sorted by the end of last week, signed off with an “we’re all in this together” WTF has COVID19 got do do with your inability to meet you obligations to a digital magazine subscription??
Don’t pay for a subscription to this app. It only maintains a restricted set of back issues in your library and every time a new issue comes out, the oldest is removed. Also, Family Sharing does not work even though it says on this page that it supports Family Sharing. Support is terrible to non-existent. Avoid. There are better home renovation magazines available for your money.
I have a current subscription valid to Sept ‘19 & am unable to view the Jan ‘19 issue. Have contacted Apple support & Pacific Magazines & no one can help. Comes up with In-App purchase error (code 21010) Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling & still doesn’t work. Can download & read previous issues, Dec ‘18 & before. Complete waste of $38.99!
Why is the app asking me to pay for the January 2019 issue when I have a subscription...? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference. This is normally a really good app.
