The mini games

If I wanted to play candy crush, I would’ve downloaded candy crush. The mini games are terrible because you get 5 seconds to play the game you actually downloaded. Not recommending this app at all!

False advertising

The game is like candy crush in order for you to build you need to obtain coins by playing the candy crush part of the game which is very misleading and false advertising!!! The app is misleading in its ad,before I installed the app I was under the impression that it’s only designing homes only and not candy crush.

Crashes

Good day. My girlfriend loves the app, but when she plays it, it always crashes and kicks her out. Please help

App not loading

Game not loading even with latest update

Have played this game for years but the last 5 updates have crashed on opening and haven’t been able to play at all. Still all my purchased items are there also

Limited choice

All furniture and furnishings is modern and you have very limited choice...

Freezing

Sometimes the screen freezes such that I can’t continue playing and have to restart the app. I hate that.

Over billed for purchases

This is enjoyable game but I’ve noted that when I make a purchase for diamond packs, the app deducts from bank account more money the actual cost of the purchase. So if an item costs R59 then I’ll get a message from my bank saying Apple has deducted R179 for a purchase. It basically robbery and I’ve stopped making purchases on the app. I did raise this with Apple but they failed to resolve or reimburse the difference.

Lovely App BUT...

The app is really lovely. I wish something else either than the Candy Crush look alike game versions which is annoying. Also - please sort out the billing or click to bill issue as I’m being billed for more than what I’m clicking for as it says app error and I will be refunded but this is not happening. The in app purchases are also so pricey! You literally make money off us, there has to be a way to earn money through the games that can go into the purchase of gems on the game! Overall nice app!
