Very good app, Great problem solving team You can use it once a day, but even every day. You can change your plan to harder or more easy it’s up to you. Every day after training app asks about it. If you paid a month but didn’t use it, you can still use it till the paid time finish. So, in this app I still try to find something would not be ok with me, only that I cannot repeat finished workouts after all blocks are finished. That keeps you safe, but would be nice if I could spent more time and repeat.

It’s no okay, that if I want cancel my subscription it’s not enough that I was cancel it in my iPhone. I need to also go to account and cancel subscription there. I think it’s not fair…

I cant lie yall got me excited getting into the app, i was happy that ill finally lose weight, but then, i have to pay, it is a very good app, but you should make the decision to pay in the start, i literally was so hyped, but then i have to pay, i would, but im not old enought to buy it, well i am, but i dont want to spend my saved up money, ill try to find other apps, but thank you.

Under subscription area in iphone, in this app you do not have an option to unsubscribe. So they charge. I was forced to ask bank for refund and block merchant.

I did 3 days work out and was kicked out today from the app, however I have already payed 1 year subscription. When I open the app now, it is asks me to pay again the same amount. Reported to Apple and I am requesting a refund!

I have used this app about 20 days. The workouts are nice and really do the job. However, now the app is losing all my history and not recording my new daily weights. First I had a workout glitch and jump from the start to the end so it was basically useless. Then within a day or two my weight history disappeared and will not let me record new weights daily. Then the very next day I lost all progress and restarted from day 1 of training. So overall the app is nice and would work good if it didn’t have so many bugs and issues. I would suggest finding something different to use.

Just another underhanded cash grab. Automatic rollover to paid subscription with no notifications or indications of the change or subscription payments. Avoid and if you’ve already downloaded cancel and check your bank statements carefully

I decided to give this app a try on my fitness journey. Unfortunately, I did not find it helpful. That’s no big deal- it wasn’t for me. However, once they billed me even after I cancelled my services and refuse to refund me- now we have a problem!

You only respond with “we provide all plan details” and avoid answering the question why is cancellation link so difficult to find. I searched multiple times for link to cancel and very difficult to find unless you have an hour to spend searching. Your intent can only be make it difficult to find so you can get another month or two of subscription fees. I finally cancelled day before renewal and was still charged another monthly subscription fee RESPONSE to Fitbit. Yes there is print somewhere that says what all the billing details are, no one disputes that. The scam part is you intentionally make it so that a user cannot find the location in your web site or app to cancel your service. Users be aware that when you sit down to cancel subscription, you better allow for at least one hour to search on various blogs to figure out how to cancel, plus follow up chats and then write it all down so you can repeat the process the following month if needed.
