The app contains the following subscription options:
- 3 months without a trial period
- 12 months with a 7-day free trial period
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Free trial subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

Got charged 609,56 kr for a plan I didn’t authorize
I got charged 600+ danish kr from GetFit apps even though i didn't authorize it. I did pay $1 for a 3-day trial period and as soon as the trial period is done, it's expected to be done. That was around the 3rd or 4th wk of May. And then suddenly, when I checked my bank app yesterday, I saw them charged me such a huge amount for something I have no intention of using. If it was supposed to be an 'auto-renewal', i should've been already charged as soon as my trial period ended but i wasn't until now so this is really fishy for me. I emailed them to get a refund and I received no answer from them. The receipt for the trial period didn't say anything about an auto-renewal or that i'd get charged in the future. I also didn't receive any notification in the email informing me that they'll soon 'renew my subscription' as most highly-reputable apps/online shops. When I go into the app, I can't even see what i'm currently 'subscribed' in. Their 'manage subscription' only gives me an option to unsubscribe. I also didn't receive a receipt for the 600+kr. You scroll down in their reviews and you’ll find a reply saying that we should ask the refund from Apple but guess what? Apple won’t assist because the ‘transaction’ was done directly with the developers. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Trækker penge i free trial periode
Har lige hentet appen, og af en eller anden grund trækkes der penge i min free trial periode. Har forsøgt at skrive til jer, men får bare en åndsvag robot, der svarer det samme, intet svar på hvad der sker med free trial. Intet svar på hvorfor i trækker. Jeg er IKKE interesseret i at betale 200 kr for en app jeg ikke kan bruge, men kan ikke komme i kontakt med jer. Så vær sikker på i vil betale for mindst en måned hvis i henter denne app!!! Og i ikke kan får svar fra andet end en robot hvis i skriver.
Stort potentiale
Appen har virkelig meget af det jeg har brug for, for at holde fast i min træning. Men jeg er skuffet over at den pludselig i dag ikke kunne åbnes. Jeg endte med at slette og geninstallere med det resultat at alle mine opnåede træninger blev slettet. Begynd forfra :-/. En anden irritation, som jeg har vænnet mig til, er at den talte instruktion ikke altid stemmer med den grafiske side.

Jeg har lige betalt 289 kr, og når jeg så går ind i appen, går den automatisk ud af den!! Penge ud af vinduet....
