I am not exaggerating, I have to reconnect this to alexia twice a week. It just stops. Only product I have that does this. It’s infuriating. And the wall switch is not sensitive at all, so sometimes I’m pushing the light or power button multiple times before it clicks. Such a garage product all the way around.
Useless app with no support
It does not work like developers said, not easy to get to the settings, Bluetooth connection is poor Definitely need to improve many things including the fan and app, please don’t waste your money
What an absolute waste of money! This device does not stay connected, the touch screen on the switch is useless and does not turn the device on, Alexa never works, and there’s zero help from customer support! Pure trash! Do not buy!!! Would give negative stars if it was possible.
"Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding right now." "Bathroom fan isn't responding, please try again later." That's what you hear every time you try to use. Loses the link to Alexa EVERY SINGLE DAY. Sometimes we have to go over the set up mode to reconnect. Huge waste of money, in the product and labor to have it installed, because now we gonna have to buy a new fan and call someone to install it.

App keeps crashing doing setup mode. Never got it to work.
Horrible setup and support. If you can get through to tech support they simply tell you to “use the app”, which doesn’t work. I’ve spent 4 weeks trying just to get Bluetooth to connect to my phone but nothing. I’m not changing my router settings just to get a supposed Bluetooth device to pair. Very poor design.
Out of about 13 devices I have in my smart home this is the only one that stops working every 2 weeks. Alexa can't turn in the fan until I restart the entire system and reset it. Trash
If I could give this zero stars I would. The fan and light worked well for a few months then would randomly disconnect/lose connection. There were times in which the wall switch did not control the device. The trick for me was to factory reset each time. That seemed to solve the issue then back to square one. This very last time, factory reset did not work. I did my own troubleshooting, followed the set up process as shown in the app and finally utilized the tips found in the FAQ. After spending only God’s knows how many hours which no resolution, I submitted a ticket in the app. I received an automatic reply with the same steps as the tips in the FAQ. I contacted customer service and got no where. Someone finally called back when my hands were tied and I’ve been calling since with no answer. Apparently they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Go figure….I wish I read the reviews before purchasing this device. I caution you to not waste your money. A standard vent and the normal Amazon echo does goes a long way.
