after install it worked, i did see my devolo network. then it demanded an firmware update, i left for one hour, it was finished but my network was invisible and cant be found by the app anymore. the network is working perfect, but not the ap

Even with the latest update, the app doesn’t work on my iPad. Asks for permissions, which are set, and stays on that screen.

The app immediately tells me that my devices ("magic lan" + two "magic wifi 2 next" home plugs) need a firmware update. Ok, no problem... ...except that the app updates only one of the two wifi devices (which are identical), the other one is now stuck on the old version. It does still work to some extent, but it can no longer be configured... The firmware version that it needs (5.6.0) is also nowhere to be found on the internet, and there is no way to retry the auto-upgrade. Even a factory reset doesn't do the job; the app forever just insists that everything is up to date...

The explanation for having to share your location while using the app is useless. Even the app can’t find any of the different older prods like 550 and 1200. Please reinstate and support the Devolo cockpit again.

This app wants to know your location even thought it doesn’t make sense to know that information. Only useful to get the IP of your devices and then connect directly to them with that IP.

Erkennt das Netzwerk nicht trotz entsprechender Einstellung. Im Routermenü kann auch keine Softwareaktualisierung durchgeführt werden.

Die App fragt nach der Berechtigung auf das lokale Netzwerk zuzugreifen. dies wurde auch so erteilt, funktioniert dennoch nicht. Es wird weiterhin danach gefragt. Somit ist die App unbrauchbar.

Unter IOS 17.5 kann die App leider nicht mehr verwendet werden, da die gegebene Netzwerkfreigabe nicht erkannt wird. Bitte nachbessern

App fragt die Netzwerk Berechtigung nicht an. Dadurch funktioniert sie nur einmalig nach Installation. Beim erneuten Starren fehlt die Berechtigung, welche sich auch manuelle nicht hinzufügen lässt.
