I am using the security app to work with my classe 300 eos but I am facing several problems. 1. Very often I cannot pickup a call because I get an error message. Sometimes it works, others no 2. I noticed that if I am using a phone with 1 eSIM and 1 SIM card, most of the times I always get an error when picking up a call 3. The photos in my history events appear clear and crisp although very small, but if I select one of the photos to see it bigger, it appears blurred 4. In the history events if I press the live icon it was supposed to show me the camera (live) but nothing happens 5. In the configuration menu I don’t understand the purpose of the cloud storage options since none of them work (set up and configure Dropbox; ftp settings, HomeKit security video) And finally, I really don’t understand why do I have to use several Legrand/Bticino apps to control my devices (security app to control my 300 eos device, control app to control my lights and roller shutters, energy app to control my thermostat and valves). Why don’t Legrand/Bticino provide just one app to control the whole Legrand/Bticino ecosystem devices ? Or even better to have these devices working natively with HomeKit so we can use the Apple home app

For some reason you can only specify conditions for automatic uploading of videos to the cloud but cannot just tap any video and upload it to the cloud - you have to download it to your device instead and than manually upload to cloud which defies the purpose of the device

Adoro a app

It really controls the movements at home. If you have a siren it will tell you if it’s working. Very good image.
